All purchases at the Building Materials Resource Center, both in-store and online, are subject to the following terms and conditions.

All purchases must be picked up.
We do not ship any items. After you pay the “hold” price listed on our e-store, your purchases must be paid for in full and taken away by 3:00 p.m. the following Saturday (even if you put a deposit on an item on Friday afternoon). In fairness to our other customers, BMRC can not grant extensions on the pick-up time.

Fee for non-pickup
If you do not pay for and collect your purchase by the designated time, BMRC will make it available to other customers and refund your “hold” deposit, less a 25% administrative fee. Refunds will be mailed from our administrative office within 10 business days of the intended pick-up date. There are no cash refunds.

What do the “condition” stars mean?

• 4 stars: Brand new, possibly still in the original packaging
• 3 stars: Excellent condition, barely used
• 2 stars: May have some wear and tear or may be an older model that does not have the latest features
• 1 star: May have minor damage such as a chip or scratch, or have missing or broken ancillary parts, such as hardware

No returns or exchanges
All sales are final. The BMRC does not accept returns and does not issue store credit. Materials at the BMRC are purchased “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees, stated or implied.

Sales tax
The 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax will be added to all purchases.
